Growing up in the produce industry, Olivia knows food. And she knows how a whole foods nutrient-dense diet can help someone look, feel and live their best.

Olivia’s family owns a sustainable farm and Italian grocery store called Idylwilde Farms in Acton, MA that has been passed on from generation to generation since the early 1900s.  She has a unique knowledge and passion for the farm to table movement, sustainable agriculture, gastronomy, and superfood nutrient-dense diet. 

In addition, Olivia has twelve years of experience in Corporate America, working in Marketing Communications and Sales. She spent the majority of her tenure consulting for powerhouse Procter & Gamble brands including Tide, Duracell, Olay and Covergirl in the digital and search marketing space.  Olivia still works in this field but has dedicated her free time to teaching others to live a healthy, balanced life through proper nutrition and lifestyle.  She intimately knows the corporate environment and the specific challenges and stressors the average employee endures. Her goal is to help educate busy professionals and companies on how to eat nutritiously, effectively deal with stress, and promote overall emotional well-being so that they can ultimately be their happiest and most productive in the workplace.  In 2016, Olivia designed the LivWELL Health & Nutrition program to help the busy professional reset the rules on food, fitness, stress-management, sleep, relationships, career, grocery shopping and more. This is a powerful program to help individuals emerge as the best version of themselves, while reaching their highest health potential.

Lastly, in addition to being a Nutritionist, Olivia is also a passionate and talented culinarian, constantly experimenting and perfecting healthy and delicious recipes for her clients, friends, and family.  Olivia has studied at Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and has been trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. Olivia graduated from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, cum laude in 2006, with a BS in Advertising, minors in Marketing and Sociology. In addition, Olivia is also a Reiki I & II Certified Master Healer, trained by Reiki Master Libby Barnett at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA. Most recently, Olivia founded LIVWELL Foods, a plant based pasta and finishing sauce which is now distributed nationally, and was featured in Veg News as one of the top 10 vegan products of 2022.

Her mission in starting her Wellness practice is to take an integrative look at nutrition, educating people on all the factors that lead to optimal health. Her goal is to help people identify, experiment, and adopt personalized health and wellness best practices that will lead to health transformations that last a lifetime.
